Hi, I'm 23 and I've never had a medical check up of any time. The only time I ever received treatment was for a broken arm years ago. I'm now starting to get concerned about my health. I don't have medial aid because I don't medial aid because I'm currently earning peanuts.

So I'm asking for affordable ways to go for a normal check up that might highlight some medical issues that I might not be aware of and I'll take it from there.

Start with full blood test at Lancet who won't ask for referring Doc. Should cost approx R1200 for everything important.

Do you have any known issue or you feel sick or something? Why are you concerned about your health?

I believe it is better to be safe than sorry. And I can't say I have been living a healthy lifestyle so I dmm' want any surprises.

Someone also mentioned pathcare and I can see on their sites they have a fees page where you call look up all the services they have and the fees. They seem to offer more services that Lancet

Sister went there and they wanted her to first see a doc at R900. Lancet tick my form for me free. About 6 or 7 types of blood test.
