I just got this yesturday! Great game!

single player Campaign looks like it will take forever yay. There are a few campaigns, and you can play as different factions in each campaign. The city management/construction, economics, diplomacy, training of millitary, sabotage/assasination and troop movements are handled on a boardgame style map. The actual battles are optionally handled by the player and they are great fun.

The battle system includes things such as momentum, roughting/retreat, morale, special abilities, castle sieges and open army battles.
With more units than you can wave a stick at ^_~ Im enjoying the game alot. Started on the Crusades campaign first. The experience and bloodline system is great too!

Anyone else a fan?

A truely great game, it does take ages though. Problem being turn based. But I suppose it would be as good any other way. Problem is, had a few of my high level guys, Generals and the like, Kings even . They were being assassinated by spies... Plus the rebels in the game are fscking hard this time around. But a LEGENDARY game nonetheless

lol Yeah my guys are getting assasinated left right and centre, making it hard to keep a family member in most settlements. But Im training up assasins too. They have killed a few enemy Family members. The plague has been hitting me hard too ^_^

Don't joke about the diseases. They freaking wiped me out left right and centre. I was pretty much left with like one senior and all the other dead senior's children. If you can take all the middle islands you are sorted for, keeping them is hard though

exclent game, loved it, played it for months, finished it with all the factions, the battles are great, siegies, eish - i want to play it again right now!!!
