Meeting requests with iCal

I am able to receive meeting requests and it works perfectly. However if I try and send a meeting request to someone else, it automatically uses my itunes email address as the email address the meeting request comes from.

Is there any way to change this as the meeting requests are for work and need to go from my work email address.
