Mega 100WR Wireless Config

Using a Mega100WR on a SAIX 4Mbps conn. Browsing with ethernet is really good, but via wifi much slower. Wifi signal is excellent, though speed fluctuates badly.

What are the optimal settings under "Wireless Configuration"? That is beacon period, RTS, frag etc?
