From My Laptop(XP SP3):
By entering “h**p://10.0.0.2” into Firefox the “Please login to continue” login screen “h**p://10.0.0.2/cgi-bin/webcm” will appear, after entering the Username and Password and select the “Log In” tab the page just turns blank with no configuration options.
Following the same steps with IE the result stays the same but with warning from IE “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage”
Note that there is no problem browsing the internet with both browsers only trying to access the router then the above scenario.
Strange boot the Laptop into “Safe Mode with networking” everything works normal.
Do the above from the 5 other Workstations(XP SP3) on the same LAN it also works normal only from the Laptop there’s a problem. The Microsoft Hot fix “WindowsXP-KB953761-x86-ENU.exe” were initially applied to all workstations and laptop to resolve the DHCP services problem that exist in SP3 which is a common problem with the “Mega 100 and 105”. Read more here on the Hot fix.
Anyone solved this problem before please post the solution.
