Mega 105WR problem

Hi All

Got this router from a friend who upgraded to a newer model.

Everything fired up OK and the following LED's are on: PWR, E1, Wireless, DSL and Internet however when I try to configure the router via 10.0.02 it won't accept the username admin and password admin which mean I can't do anything and I don't have the CD.

It would be appreciated if you could give me some advice to configure the router.

There's a little hole at the back... straighten a paper clip and stick it in there and hold it in for 30 seconds (while modem is powered up, of course).

This is the factory reset and should (hold thumbs) reset it to the factory default UID/PW.

one more option to try before factory reset... user: admin pass: administrator

Anyway I did setup/configured the router but it just won't connect to the internet maybe this why my friend upgraded.

is this a new adsl line if so you may need to verify your line by going to www.telkom.co.za/verifyadsl

on the adsl line

No, currently using my Planet router.... gone through that process.

so why do you want to use the mega 105 there will be no benefit using the mega 105 over the planet even if you do get it too work

OK, I got this AC Ryan HD player updated the firmware a week ago and wolla I now have internet radio on the player however no ports to connect to my wired router so I thought ok I'll go for a wireless router then I can use one of the USB ports on the player to connect to my router.
