I seem to have a problem with using download managers with Megaupload.com for about a week and half now.

I use firefox, I have a premium user account with MU, download managers that is used: downthemall, mipony.

My problem is that when I use the download managers I can't pause a download, because when I do the download restarts from scratch, some times I also experience a time out error which also forces the downloads to restart. So in short no download resume. But when I use the normal download function of Firefox (Save as..) I have no problem

You can use Free Download Manager, jDownloader or Internet Download Manager (not free).

jDownloader is pretty awesome, since you can even queue MU downloads without a premium account :D
jDownloader actually fills in some of the captcha image recognition stuff!

If you can't manage to download jDownloader from the original site, download it from MajorGeeks then

Thanks, I have used Jdownloader and liked it, but I doesn't allow you to use your megaupload premium account. Anyhats I wonder if connecting through a proxy could have caused a problem. Since I switched firefox to no proxy. I don't seem to have a problem.

jdownloader and Free Download Manager both work perfectly with MU Premium. Jdownloader will even resume free MU downloads. If you're having a problem try changing your MU settings.

Free Download Manager will also resume MU/RS downloads, but only if you have a premium account and I guess the same applies for jDownloader.

AFAIK jDownloader should work fine with MU premium accounts too.
