Salary:

Relevant Skills:
• Routing and Switching
• Troubleshooting
• Good Communication skills (Written and Spoken)
• Mikrotik & Ubiquiti Knowledge
• Linux (advantageous)
• VoIP & Asterisk Knowledge (advantageous)
Summary:
• Responsible for configuring & maintaining companies computer systems & servers.
• Network layout & maintenance of LANs, WANs, Internet and intranet systems, and network segments.
• Planning for and responding to service outages and other problems.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Support LANs, WANs, network segments and Internet systems.
• Maintain system efficiency.
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
• Make recommendations for future upgrades.
• Maintain network and system security.
• Analyze and isolate issues.
• Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to users.
• Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
• Design and deploy networks.
• Perform network address assignment.
• Assign routing protocols and routing table configuration.
• Administer servers, routers, switches, firewalls, VoIP phones
• Morning checks of systems/networks.
• Performing backups of data.
• Installing and configuring new hardware.
• Adding/deleting/creating/modifying user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
• Answering technical queries.
• Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
• Keeping the network up and running.
• Required to work overtime if required
