I found that mellee classes in 1v1 really is OP vs my Dwarf Engineer lvl 13 atm..

What do you guys think not talking group pvp cause there i can top dmg meters and kills and i mostly do.

I rolled swordmaster to test this found that he actually die fast in bg.

Depends on the ranged.
Engineer, Magus and Squig Herder are cake in t1 and t2 far as i can tell.

Shadow Warrior and Bright Wizards on the other hand, are godlike. Even Sorceresses with that ice root thing they have. Have you seen the SW's knockback? Insane. And BW's Fire Cage? AoE 10s root, totally imba.

It's a bit hard to make the judgement call right now, because White Lions are melee and are reportedly dominant in T3 vs ranged once they get Fetch. Also as a tank you really don't do much damage, your job is to just be a nuisance and get in everybody's way. there's going to be imbalance in this game but it's mitigated largely by the army vs army instead of single vs single nature of this game. If you expect to run into a mob and kill 1 or 2 squishies before you get taken down ala WoW warrior/rogue, you're playing the wrong game. Snare and run to your homies, those engineers that I've seen doing that seem to have a bit more luck.

I need to get my Juggernaut and Big Slash abilities stat.

I found once my swordmaster got to r10-11, it now takes 3-4 guys to get me down (thats not with a shield :p), otherwise i harass the healers with nice crits :D Those dam DoK's are a ***** to kill

Well Ranged/healers are a joke to my witch elf :p seriously I clear through squishes by the dozens, brightwizrds ,shadow warriors(lol) engineers ,the lot.
Other melee chew me up

Its important if ur a squishy to play wisely and stay grouped and not far from the main battle. Otherwise your witch elf meat :>

However things have changed alot in t3 when CC and knockbacks become alot more frequent

Well then again my swordmaster chops off witch elf heads like they are nothing.

Its all about playing your class to make sure you make the best of the strength's. Like last night we were playing phoenix gate, i was running that flag FROT, cos with all my toughness gear i do almost no damage but im a bitch to kill and can break roots and snares. So i would run in grab the flag and run back to base all the while Seraph was serrating everyone (cos they were ignoring him and trying to kill me)

If your a ranged paper armor class you have to play it smart.

Can i rant here?

****ing Sorceresses  That frost root needs fixing, I was in 1 of the T2 scenarios, and I was taken down from 3k hp to 400 in 5 seconds, yet the root didnt break until i was dead

bleh, same can be said for bright wizards and their fire cage ... live with it

Well theres alot more of that BS to come
T3 toc anro( what ever that name is) scenario is a joke, none stop knockbacks into molten LAVA :/

I think they have put Tor Anroc into the game to give you a good reason to leave T3 and go over to T4 :D

I heard the ironbreakers knock people in lava alot in Tier 4 lucky for me i am lvling one :)
but thats only on one scenario.

My idea of the knock back abilty was to use it to get people of castle walls :)
and to get them of my healer.

Pretty much what I use it for. Also comes in handy for charging into a pack of enemy ranged casters and knocking one of them back into the middle of your own team so they can beat the snot out of him. I've done that lots, I imagine it must piss the hell out of all the sorcerresses I've done it to. Heh.
