2 November 2014 - Approx 22:15 - Internet light dies on router.
Rebooted the router as this happens from time to time. After reboot, line still syncs, but internet light stays red, with the occasional split second green flash. Decided to enquire/report a fault - landline phones have no dialtone.
At about 22:27 the internet started working again, but phones remain dead. Not going to run up a huge bill trying to log a fault from my cell, the fault reporting via app gives me an error, so will see if they sort it out tomorrow, if not, I will log a fault on Tuesday.
Phone number area is 011 482, 2mbps ADSL syncing at the correct speeds - Telkom Internet ISP, uncapped.
Okay with all the necessities out of the way, anyone else having similar issues?
