Remember back in the early 90's Ford had the tag line "Have you driver a Ford lately?". Well turns out some people actually visited Ford dealers and enquired about their new model called the Lately.

Which slogans or lined to you remember or find entertaining? Post and share.

Here is one I bet no one knew about, "Das Auto" was actually first used on the Kadett B back on '65

I must admit, Iv'e always enjoyed Opel's slogan.

On a similar note, I saw this the other day and had a bit of a chuckle:

I remember seeing hat Civic one somewhere, quite good. There was one from Porsche about the 928 and how the competition took it apart. Quite witty.

About Opel, I like the previous one more "Fresh thinking, better cars" but "Wir leben autos" does sound more involved.

This one is quite true, their 5-cyl engines are legendary.

Reminds me of simpler times,
Not like adverts today with a nerd fest of acronyms and obscure refernces

Those were the days when they could not hijack a Toyota. It would just drive in a circle. Kept going right.

Not quite a slogan, but Opel had that Kadett driving through a golf course, and the ad ended with: "No wonder it's more fun than..."
with the sound of a golf ball dropping in a hole.

The Lexus "Relentless pursuit of perfection" sticks with me as well.
Is BMW's still Sheer Driving Pleasure?
