Memory card on SAmsung E250

Any one use a 2 Gb memory card on Samsung E250.Is it true that it slows the phone down a bit.

hey the e250 is an ok phone and a week ago i bought a 2g memory card but its in my mp4 i will put it in my phone and see what happens.
