memory card swop

So I want to insert a bigger memory card.
The app "link2sd" has put all the apps on the sd card. Their is not enough space to move the apps to the phone. [samsung s4 mini and rooted.]
i swop the card, lots off the apps icons were greyed out. I deleted them and re-download all the apps.
Some of the apps info were still on the phone which filled up the phone memory.

Is there a easier way to do it. How about a card swop app.

Sounds like you have to start from scratch. Did you try copying the card using a card reader on a PC?

Yes. But I am not sure, old card was a 8 gig, new one 32 gig, will the system store it on the same place.
Link2sd said to make 2 partitions on the new card. I did that, both fat32 and both primary.
