Use the micro adapter because the generally give faster read and right speeds and they are cheaper.

Well one gig would suffice but if I can get 4gb it would be so much better.

What?
No. generally anything through an adapter is slower (especially cheap ones). If the micro card is not seated properly you get read write errors.

I would suggest staying away from an adapter unless its a transcend or some other brand with a reputation. First prize is don't use one at all.

Rather get the 4 gig, you won't be sorry.

I have a micro sd card adapter with two 8gigs and they work nicely had no problems yet and been running them for about a fewq months now.

What I like about the adapter is that you dont need to buy new mem cards but just slot new sd one in and use the older smaller sd for something else.

Only downside at this time is that me card reader dont see the two sd cards in the adapter but usb to psp works fine.
