Memory full on N81

Can any 1 please help me

My phone tell me that my phone memory is full.

I deleted every thing that I could on the phone, but it still tells me memory full.

How does 1 format the phone to the original settings?

I did a restore factory setting, but still the same thing happend.

Go to the menu, settings, data manager, memory ->Options+format memory card.
It might be a little different but should be similar.
