Memory stick duo test software

Hey there techies, what sftware is there that can test or benchmark memory cards or memory sticks?

I use one I think it's called black water or black speed on my PSP to test MS Duo, or you can use Atto or something on a computer to test the memory card/flash disk.

Connect the stick to your PC via an adapter and then use Sandra Lite and run the removable storage benchmark.
