What would be the best treatment for someone who drives a lot, is physically and mentally fatigued? (It's not me, by the way!)

We are going the deep tissue massage route, but could you recommend any thing else? Taking a weekend or holiday break is not possible at this stage due to work commitments.

Thanks :D

Good quality Peruvian marching powder and a couple of glasses of bubbly

Chewing gum is always good for keeping awake while driving. Your body doesn't want to sleep if there is something in your mouth you could choke on...

Nootropil

Interesting, I've never heard of this before, thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Piracetam improves the function of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine via muscarinic cholinergic (ACh) receptors which are implicated in memory processes.[12] Furthermore, Piracetam may have an effect on NMDA glutamate receptors which are involved with learning and memory processes.

Unfortunately we are years away from social acceptance of cognition enhancers. (related to this - http://afp.google.com/article/ALeqM5hNoNDbbELqX2V3_dSmy6syTYaeNQ - very definitely not a real scientific study, but brings up a lot of interesting issues).

Vita b and complex in the butt, every second day 5 times.
It makes a big difference.
