Menus on HD Sport Channels

I keep getting the sidebar menu's coming up on the HD Sport channels, push ESC and within a minute it is back.

Its called Supersport active. Either change to a non sport channel, or reboot the decoder

Thanks, I've rebooted and still the SS active menu pops up and I can't get rid of it push esc 1-2 min back - it's not gr8 watching cricket on almost half screen or on SABC.

Any other advice?

Do you have one of the original 4 tuners?
A few people have had to get their decoders swapped out when this has happened, haven't seen it for a while though
A temp solution though.... pause the channel for 5 seconds to it runs in the buffer, the pop won't happen in the buffer

this happens when the signal quality is poor and is an installation issue. Has been mentioned countless times on the dstv website. i'm on my mobile. But visit http://forum.dstv.com register and have a search in the pvr section.
