Had to buy it pre-owned as Merc sold the one I had ordered.

It's white, panoramic roof, mirror package, reversing camera, 4 way lumbar support, memory seats, rear armrest (why this is an option I dont know) and media interface.

Apparently so - spoke to the guys in the service department, as long as you remove it before you take your car in; there's no trace of it

Ok.
I know with the firmware these days, you can see if it was written to. Same deal with the Samsungs/iPhones. Even if you unroot it, it still says "write count = 3" instead of 1.
 
The OBD tuners have managed to circumvent that. They know how to subtract 1 from the flash counter these days.
