Message from INMARSAT to VODACOM

Hi, I am trying to send a SMS from the Inmarsat ISatPhone Pro to my Vodacom number (+27 78 077 XXXX). The Sat-phone tells me the message was send successfully, but I don't received the message on my phone.

Details:
* I can send messages from the Satphone to other Vodacom numbers (as well as MTN)
* I can send messages from my phone to the Satphone
* I can receive and make calls to the Satphone

* I can receive messages on my phone (from the Sat-phone) if I inserted another Vodacom simcard in my phone.

* I am using a HTC Diamond 2

Vodacom ask me to do 'n 'sim swop'...DONE
Vodacom ask me to change the sms service sentre number to +27829119...DONE

I am on the phone with Vodacom for the past 4 days. Does anyone had this problem?

Is there a number at Vodacom that one can call and speak to someone that at least know what a Sat-phone is...

Was the problem resolved?
Just got my phone yesterday. I can send sms from sat phone to cell but not from cell to sat phone. Cannot even call my sat phone from my Vodacom phone. Some message about me not being authorised to use the service. Might need to contact them on that one. Maybe I need a service activated?
