I've upgraded my line to 1000mbps. Need to upgrade my router to support it. I have been trying to get the PPPOE details from the router from them for a week now. The agents keep trying to give me the wireless details. Any idea where to get these details?

You may be able to expose them using the old router? Do they not have a portal?

I will give that a shot, my portal doesn't show my service, and their support is useless lol

when I was upgraded to a 1G line, they gave me a Nokia Beacon 2, I downloaded the Nokia app, connected to the router and the username and password are their. Di they not give you a Nokia?

Thanks so much, we have a Nokia one but only 100mbps ports so they need to upgrade it
