Not Metrofibre, but they normally respond in around 24-48 hours. Otherwise your ISP would probably have a faster turnaround time to some information and questions, depending what information you need.

I'm trying to determine what their rollout plan is roundly street, as they are close... so can't talk to a ISP yet.
