Good Day

My son's neighbour's construction damaged the fibre in their road. Please advise the best route forward. He logged a ticket 103423.

It is a Metrofibre link.

Hi,

With metro FTTH the standard SLA is 3 working days for faults logged. Metro Fibre will be in touch to assist with repairing the fibre line.
