Does anyone have a contact number or e-mail address of someone senior (even the CEO) at MetroFibre Networx that would be willing to assist with installation issues in our area (streets specifically)? We have been struggling for more than a month after the so-called area go-live to get MFN to resolve the apparent issues, but are constantly just being told that either their technicians are working on that they will have a contractor out, but alas we cannot find anyone working in our area to resolve the issue. Complaint and support tickets are not being addressed
