Metrofibre Installation

Hi there, can anyone provide feedback with regards to the installation timeline after placing an order with Metrofibre. How long did you have to wait until they come in and activate your line?

They have already done the installation in my complex(prior to us moving in) and its just a matter of them connecting the CPE and activation of the line. I have been told that it will take 7 - 10 working days which I feel is far too long for a simple process.

Yeah, 7-10 days.

Question is, since it's too long, what are you going to do about it? What is your alternative? I'm only asking since all other options will take just as long, if not longer.

I know of other providers that have installed and activated the line within the same day of placing an order.
And after reading the reviews on the Metrofibre Network, I'm thinking of cancelling my order with them.
