Metrofibre MTU

Hi,

Is there a specific value for the MTU with metro fibre?
I’m debugging some issues with Netflix on my tv.

Streaming YouTube from the Tv works 100%, until I open Netflix. Then the tv dies. If I tether the tv to my phone, it works.
I’m connecting via Unifi USG, using pppoe. It’s only started acting up in the last month or so.

You can try 1460, USGs are not very good with MTU and clamping automatically

Thanks. Yeah, it’s not great at that.

I had issues when I first set up some time back, I manually set clamping @ 1382 which resolved the issues I had back then.

I will try USG @ 1460, and manually set clamping a 1420.
