Small rant.

If anyone is looking at bringing fibre to their area, avoid dealing with Metrofibre as much as you can. I've been continuously disappointed in the process. The network seems fine so far, but the service levels are surprisingly bad, even during the period when they're supposedly competing to get your business.

Project management...well, I don't know what they do. I see the title "project manager" but have yet to see some project management. Lower your expectations, and then lower them again because otherwise you'll be sad. You won't get feedback.

This is a company that charges like Woolworths but you get spaza-shop treatment. In fact, a spaza shop knows they want to keep your business so probably does a better job. Metrofibre - send your staff to run a spaza shop to raise their service game a bit.

Well, I did say it was a rant, right?
