MFN 1000/250 upgrade

Getting a lot of disconnect and reconnect issues today

Tired of this 1000/250 package being unstable, i have requested a downgrade to 500/500 because 1000/250 is **** AF

Please sort out, i do not want to wait a whole month because i have been on this crappy 1000/250 service for this month and was never getting the proper speeds. Please let me know if you can help with the regrade eventhough its passed the 20th, I Will not go another month this this dumb 1000/250 package..

Day 23 since I upgraded…. Still only getting download speed off 550mbps… escalation upon escalations and nothing …. This is becoming a joke ….

One night i got 820Mbps and my upload doesn't matter the time i get at most 130Mbps, but the problem is this was at like 2.30am.. while im working, between 9am to 5pm i get at most 620Mbps.. When i was on 500/500 package i used to get 520 down and 520 up.
 
Day 26, Upload seems to have been sorted somehow, but downloaded still nowhere close to 1000Mbps

Please go back and read this tread again… you even responded to it…. The ref is still the same.
This is seriously becoming a joke … I have paid for a service that I’m getting half off….

Hi, As mentioned before, we are aware, and MFN is aware. It's applicable to a bunch of customers. We are pushing them for resolve.

I will also see if there are any other updates.

Hey Man, My upload is better than it was however download speed still nowhere near 1000Mbps, when i was with WebAfrica before moving to CISP i was on same 1000/250 package with them and used to get 820Mbps around this time, and after 12 get around 920 - 950 Mbps.1680604423008.png

Having those speeds previously I know that this is not on my side with regards to hardware etc.

For KZN we are awaiting an interface upgrade and for other cases MFN is tackling one by one unfortunately.

What categorizes as 'Other Cases' in this context? Can you update this thread when the interface upgrade is done so can test.

Other cases mean everything outside of KZN.
