Hey Guys
Internet went down around 5am this morning, logged a support call with CI and was told it could be because off load shedding. At the time it went down we were not load shedding and I have a ups that powers the ont and router.

Restarted the router and ont , connected the laptop directly to the ont and dialed the pppoe. All the light on the ont are on , service , broadband etc….

Now I’m told that it’s a problem at my house , but a friend that live few roads away has the very same issue.

Anyone in the area also having issues ?

same issue as last week , All ONT lights on, direct connect to ONT with laptop fails to dial PPPoP .

MFN at it again .....
