British intelligence has hacked into an al-Qaeda online magazine and replaced bomb-making instructions with a recipe for cupcakes.

You could just google bomb making instructions ..

There used to be a book "Anarchist's Cookbook" available in the 1960s that gave instructions for all sorts of nasty goodies.

Many years later I heard that the CIA had fiddled with some of the recipes prior to publication and that any would-be chef had a good chance of producing things seriously harmful to himself.

A pity MI-6 wasted a perfectly good opportunity!

Anarchist's cookbook is still around on the web AFAIK. We had a copy at our high school (tech). Rather odd book to leave in a boys only tech high lol.
