Anybody use these guys yet, heard from a mate they guarantee your rental from bad tenants. Just wanted to know if anyone has had good /bad experience with them. The website looks pretty unfinished which does concern me slightly.

I use rentshield, others will state what they use if they willing, they have done so in other threads.

The thing to note with rentshield is that the tenant need not pay a deposit, which assists greatly with affordability.

I've been using them for two years, as I've stated in other threads though, you can only judge these products when they go wrong, and the service providers usually minimise the probability of things going wrong.
