MiBox4 can't load DSTV Stream

Hi.. Recently had to reconnect my DSTV stream app again. 1st time in years I am now shown the familiar screen telling me to visit dstv.stream/tv (in a browser) and insert the CODE below... BUT.... NO CODE.. just DOTS (hidden)
Reboot, re install, called DSTV, swore at tv.... Etx... It now appears that MiBox4 she is broken???
Any ideas asseblief tog..

Probably just some stupid update from them which was messed up

Probably best to call them and ask. As you alude to, the code should be visible

According to DSTV.. The problem is not the app as it works on my phone... Also, seem like the 1st time they encounter this.. Best guess I have is that MiBox update is causing this.. But I have no idea to address the issue apart from buying a new MiBox.. Not happening.. Pensioner lol.

Try a mibox factory reset under settings. Then reinstall the dstv cr(app)

Thank you, i will need to 1st make sure I save passwords for all other apps... It may take time but I will post once done.. Holding thumbs ‼️

Someone else on Mybb posted the same issue if I remember correctly they cleared the app cache to get it working.
