Michael Yoshikami, Ph.D., CFP is CEO, Founder and Chairman of the Destination Wealth Management team. Michael oversees all investment and research activities of the firm. In addition to setting the overall investment strategy of the firm, he chairs the DWM Investment Committee where decisions are made on allocation and asset strategies.
At age 27, Michael began teaching college level courses and eventually served as an adjunct instructor at two college institutions. He holds a Ph.D. in Education as well as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and is a respected lecturer, speaking frequently on tactical asset allocation theory. He appears regularly on CNBC and Bloomberg and provides commentary to USA Today, Reuters, Business Week, Dow Jones, and other national publications.
