Micro Filters + Lightning

Hi,

I'm waiting for Tel*** to answer my call... !@#!@#!@#!@#

Maybe you can help: We had a lightning storm last night in good ol Cape Town..
My ADSL is still working, but normal phone is dead...

Can lightning take out the filters? Or what else can be wrong?

I've got my ADSL modem behind a surge protector...

Try disconect your router and plug phone in without microfilter.

nope - doesn't make a difference...

When I call the number, it rings but not at the handset???
