my memory card in my mp4 worked for awhile but now the player wont pick it up. if i plug my player into my pc i pick it up and my phone picks it up. can i reformat the card and if so must i first save the info on it before i do it?

you can format them pretty easil, but ya put the data on your computer first if you want it

have no idea... strange that your com picks it up though your mp4 player ? cause what i noticed sometimes happens is the actual players connectors get a bit dirty and they don't pick up the memory card at all happens in my old phone and psp hey...

thats what i thought it may be., the connectors may be dirty. maybe i should give it a bash and see what happens.

hey it seems to have worked. i copied all my music to my pc and then formatted the disc and copied the stuff back again and now the mp4 is picking it up. thanks all for the help.
