Vodacom is so useless .. I have been passed from department to department
I purchased a Micro Sim card a while back in anticiapation of arrival of Iphone 4
Iphone 4 has finally been purchased and I now wish to activate the Micro Sim as well as Twin Call on my existing contract.
Twin Call paperwork was sent over and I have received notification that it is active on the account, but I don't think the Micro Sim card has been activated and none of the MANY departments I have spoken to can help me with this. All the phone says at this stage is "no service"
I have also called our local Vodashop who said they would need to get back to me .. this was hours ago.
Any help PLEASE ?
