micro sim and normal sim prepaid vodacom help

ok i got an iphone 4 ... went into vodashop in nelson mandela ... and they sold me, for R25 a micro sim and a starter pack (which i see on the cover says free sim swap and a normal sized sim card in it) ...

soooooo .... what are the steps i should take to get this micro sim activated and working on my iphone 4 with these two sim cards they

Active the normal sim by putting it in a cellphone and phoning 100.
When you phone 100 you will be supplied with a number for the normal sim.
You can then phone 100 again to do a sim swap to the micro sim or go to a vodashop so that they can do the sim swap for you.
When sim swap is done it will take between 4 to 8 hour for micro sim to work.
After that put sim in iphone and load airtime and your sorted.

Just put the normal sim in a cellphone and call 100 you will be given a number for the normal sim and call 100 again and ask for sim swap to micro sim thats it. .

I would like to follow the following steps when I come to SA for holiday in December. Is it all possible?
1) Buy a normal SIM for R2... to save on the excessive R25 charge.
2) Cut it down to size.
3) Insert it into my unlocked iPhone4
4) Call 100 to activate.
5) Buy airtime and load it.
6) Convert some of the airtime to data bundle.

I am also worried about RICA. Can I just use my Aus address, with proof of course?

No it wont I have cut many sims down to size, work the same
