Hi all.
I bought a 32GB sd card for my phone around 2 years ago at Matrix Warehouse. Brand is Team Group Inc. Five or six months back, my phone could no longer write to- or delete anything on it. Making it useless to me. I ejected it from my device and tried my pc, laptop and another phone. Same problem - its contents could only be read and no modifications were possible.
Fast forward...and I found its packet while clearing out my old computer packages and saw in big bold letters the words "LIFE TIME WARRANTY". What the heck does that mean? AFAIK, Matrix only gives 12 or 18 months warranty on sd cards?
Yes, I bought a 16GB card to replace it (after reading several online forums, it appears 32GB microd sd cards tend to be faulty). Just wondering if I can actually take Team Group up on their warranty claims?
