Microsoft BEE Offer - would I qualify?

So its the last day before the deadline.

I have a tiny company with 2 staff and im the only programmer.
Do you think I would qualify for the BEE deal?

I have to ask as I will need to get my latest financials in order to apply and thats going to cost me R1500 from the accountant and then I still have to apply for a tax clearance cert.

Worth it...not worth it?
