A couple of months back I decided to buy the Microsoft X6 keyboard and X8 mouse because they were relatively cheap and had good reviews on the net (and they look awesome together :D). A couple of weeks ago my mouse started acting up, it wouldn't charge through the transceiver. I decided to get in contact with Microsoft about this and see what I could do. After about 10 minutes on their website running through a troubleshooter I clicked submit, and a few minutes later I got an email telling me that a replacement had been ordered and will be shipped soon. Much to my surprise it actually arrived about 5 business days later.

I would just like to congratulate Microsoft on this as it was such a simple and easy process and they did it all very quickly. I am a happy customer :)
