I have done a little research about this, but can anyone actually tell me how much data this uses?

i could be wrong here, but it really looks like ur biggest bandwidth usage would literally be ur message size on received mail....the keep alives and synching would be close to minimal?

i have not used MS direct push, but i sync my other mobile accounts (mobile me etc) as push mail 24/7, the usage is tiny.... I dont see why it would be any different....but maybe someone who uses it could confirm..
Reckon easiest way is to literally connect and monitor usage

I think it was minimal - used it a year or so back - think it was less than 100kb a day.

So it would seem the only problem would be the active data connection draining the battery quicker than usual.

Yeh - my problem was that when I had an active connection, voice calls got an engaged tone when trying to get hold of me, no voice mail or anything.

(with MTN, I think I started a thread somewhere on here)
