Microsoft exams - what where who why?

So i have some free time on my hands. So i though i might do some microsoft exams. I specialize in c#
so i am thinking of going that route. something like a MCSD.
Whats the best place to write the exams in JHB. I suppose with a bit of studying i could make a plan.
