Microsoft Licenses on Bobshop

Greetings everyone,

I seen Microsoft Office 2021 licenses and other older versions going at low prices. What's the catch with these licenses?

I see that it's a digital license that will be mailed to you with a link for download and instructions to follow. It even says that it will receive future updates from Microsoft.

How do these Office and even Windows 10/11 digital licenses work? Are they safe to get and use?

They are all enterprise or MSDN licenses being sold in contravention of the Microsoft licensing terms and conditions. They will typically eventually be blacklisted and the activation will be revoked.

Interesting, how are people able to get their hands on "official" licenses as such for selling purposes?

Dodgy resellers all over the internet if you know where to look.
Apparently most of them are MSDN licenses and they get “farmed” in China.
 
This must be the 50th thread of the same topic.

One half will say it's legit, the other half will say it's VL keys being sold.

I guess good or bad with it origins where ever it may be, sites as above do sell them & as said above by another user that there is the buyer protection in place in this instance. How long is the protection, that's the question after reading up on this more.. But definitely interesting to understand how this all works.

They aren’t legit,whether MS will ever do anything about it that’s another story.
I’ve bought one before and it was an MSDN license and it got blacklisted a year or so after I got it.
MS doesn’t seem to care anymore, well not like they used to, I suppose the small fish isn’t worth their time any more.
