I have installed the above webcam onto my computer last night but i am having problems and need some expert advice.
what the problem is that if i call persons on Facebook video call either to America or Australia i am able to see and hear the person perfectly on the other side but the other persons can only hear me but cant see me at all. I downloaded the latest driver and re installed the camera setup a few times and cant get it to work.I am running on a four meg line and the speed tests all are fine but just cant get the pictures to work properly.
So i will be most appreciative i someone who has had similar experiences to pleas help me if possible.
There is no problems when using Skype everything is fine there, the problem is only with Facebook video calls .

Sounds like a video/graphics driver problem, not necessarily a cam driver.

If that was the case would the video chat on Skype not also be affected as well?

If the sound is working on Skype then the it is not a driver issue but a software setting in Windows. then you will need to go to the Control Panel section of the software and open the sound settings. Make sure that the web cam mike is set as the default . Then it should work when using Facebook.

I don't experience any problems with the sound both the people on the other side, and myself can hear perfectly well but they cant she the visuals only i can see them but they cannot see me.
