This is indeed a really poor show by Microsoft - snubbing the creator of a free tool that saved many hours for many Microsoft supporters. It seems there's no end to their draconian measures to stay in control of our lives.

Yeah, pretty sad. I usued to use AutoPatcher religiously. And I was just starting to use it for Vista as well. So now at least I've gotten up until the last patch that was released. Hopefully SP3 for XP gets released soon.
