Microsoft Promises Milo is the Next Step
Milo.jpg

Peter Molyneux’s Milo is the project that caused tons of controversy since it was shown last year because while many believed it was a revolutionary achievement the demonstration was labeled as Smoke & Mirrors (IE a scam) and that technology like that was still far, far away. Milo has been hiding since then and almost nothing has been said on how the project is progressing

Now after almost a year since the fiasco Microsoft has loosen up a bit and shared a little information on Milo to the media. When Spain news program “La Sexta|Noticias” asked about the hideout of the boy that left everyone speechless in the Los Angeles presentation Microsoft responded that Milo was left at home but that they promise it will be the next step. What do they mean by “next step”? We don’t know yet but it’s up to Microsoft to explain.

"Next step" Bwahahahah, they lied and M$ just wanted to steal the SONY thunder! They did it well thanks to brilliant acting (No Oscars?) and we have to see what they conjure as a new scam soon with E3 2010 coming!
Yep, I was slagged by some ...Id's for saying the same at the time! M$ and liar Molyneaux (Looks like a scammer) took everyone and sundrie for a ride and with "Milo" (the scam" just got the hopes of a certain genre up!

Hello son, pleased to meat your acquaintance. Send my regards to your mother, tell her we should get together soon again, I need to procreate another brat!

/waits for Natal's release to comment

It must really suck to base your whole existence on following an imaginary child called Milo

Sigh... the Console gaming section of myBB has gone to the dogs

Yep, together with the 360 maybe? Since the PS3 became more prevalent due to it's performance, now that developers are getting the hang of it, there is just nothing to argue about is there. How boring. We await the Xbox 720 arrival to compete with the PS3.

tsk! tsk! tsk! When the 720 arrives the PS4 would be out and we'll be back at square one laughing at MS for trying to keep up!

Nice one. You do know that rather than insulting him you just double edged it by saying your incestuous. At least the school system hasn't failed you, there seems to be knowledge of the hereditary process. (To simplify it for you, it takes a brat to make a brat)

Besides this if MS pulls is off it'll be a decent stepping stone for any VR stuff, & regardless will incorporate better tech than the PS Move will have. It’s nice to see bit of competition & it they've truly made it it'll make the other "motion controllers" seem pretty pathetic, let’s not forget that natal has the whole 3d modelling capabilities to allow it interaction while the PS3 move is just a WiiMote that is tracked by a camera (hence the sphere on top).

Now they're trying their luck with a Xbox slim? Pathetic and unoriginal!

That may be, but following the Sony strategy isn't a bad idea. It forces a lowering in the price of the old model & allows them to integrate upgrades that should have been implemented in the first place (Wii Black console with the motion plus). It's a good move that benefits most people, those who can afford it will get the new tech, and those that couldn't afford it will have a chance to purchase the fat model at a lower price

I thought Milo defeated Bill Gates in the movie 'Antitrust'...
