Microsoft SA phone no to activate Windows

I just can't have not been able to find the phone number on the web, and my proxy server is not allowing me to activate over the internet, I cannot disable the basic authentication till tomorrow.

Anyone know which phone number to phone to get Windows Server 2008 activated? Running a VM with the Dreamspark Windows server 2008 download, and cmd SLUI 04 gives me the telephone box, but disables me from selecting the country. I only get the default which is the Afghanistan telephone number to activate windows.

I found these on the net, but it said Volume Licensing. It turned me off - volume means volume not desktop or single installation - does it not ? - , but I decided to call through anyway on the 080 number, but it did not ring and so I continued my quest looking for the number for non volume installation.
