Microsoft sued over 'Bing'

I have been using Microsoft! software for so many years, I think I should sue on the grounds of a confused state of mind [that designed and implemented Microsoft! software].
 
I actually confuse bing.im with the Microsofts bing cause they look similar. Now I think that bing.im can file a suit.
 
Win or loose this company will benefit because of the sudden fame and exposure they are getting now.
 
Microsoft should do like most companies do before they use a new trademark.

Google it to check if someone else is not using it already
 
I hate Bing because of its name. Always makes me think of Chandler from Friends. Never really liked that guy...

When Google came out you might have said:

1. "Why don't you Google that?"

or

2. "Why don't you Bing that?"

Just because you are used to something doesn't make a new entrant not worthwhile

Microsoft should have asked me before they launched Bing!, I would have advised Microsoft to use Bring! instead, as in 'Bring! it' - which IMO sounds much better than 'Bing! it'.
 
Generally serach engines are good. They should change the name to "Bing Bong dumb names are our game"
