A Chinese court has found Microsoft Corp. infringed a Chinese company's intellectual property rights by including certain fonts in its operating systems, according to a court judgement.

This will happen more and more. As more Chinese co's start writing their own softs the government will crack down more on piracy. Until now it benefited China to pirate Western softs, but once they write their own and revenues start to drop off or at least the perception of drop off in revenues occurs, they will crack down. Similar thing will happen in Russia - has already when the Chinese started to copy their export Sukhoi jet fighters.
