Hmm I think that is SP1.. If so, you need the prog first to apply the service pack!

Click » Download next to the express version here - http://www.microsoft.com/express/download/default.aspx

You need int to download the setup (few mb's), but once the download starts, pause it and switch to your local and resume the download. Will DL using local.

ROFL, Sweet, I figured that out. I'm not functioning at 100% with all these flu meds.
